Hello, how are you, George? Great. You great. And did you have a nice holiday? Yes, Yeah. What did you get up to on your holiday? I went to Beijing and skid. Oh, my goodness, did you go down really big slipes? Yes, did you go down one side with this? Or this big, are they more like this? Oh, okay, that's it. Okay, that's quite cool. And did you ski or snowboard? Snowboard? You did snowboarding. Have you had lessons before? Have you have you been skiing or snowboarding before? Or was this your first time? Fourth time, it's your first time. So you had a lovely tuand. Did everyone go? Did all your family go? Fourth time. Fourth time. You're an expert now. And did all your family go? George, yes, that's what we got. And did they all enjoy it? Yeah. Oh, well, that's good to hear. And what did you do for Christmas? Did you celebrate Christmas? Yeah. And what did you get for Christmas? I'm like. A diy gun, you can shoot all the bad guys now. Okay, is that something you really wanted? Kind. Of all that's good, that's good. And any others any other presents that you had for Christmas? No, just don't. Okay. And then did you do anything for New Year's eve? Not yet. No no because you okay, so you're waiting you're going to be doing Chinese New year. Yeah, okay, well we are in 2026. We have made it into a sort of a New Year, haven't we? Well, I don't know where Anne and mumo, I'm sure theycome enjoy this, but if not, we'll we'll have some fun together, okay, we're gonna to start and they can join us, okay? And what we'll do is if they don't, then you will get some one to one help on creating your speeches today. So you'll get lots and lots out of it. Okay, George. Oh, you had a cup of tea brought to you. Yes. Oh, you've got a very nice part now. You what's it's in? We've got tea, hot chocolate, hot milk. Fruit, tea, fruit Tewell. Anyway, let's give you that trophy for telling me all about your week off, which sounded lovely. Wish I could go skiing. George, today we're going to be thinking about the third speaker, okay? And this is the person that usually is the last person of your team to speak, okay? And they have a very, very big role to make. The third speaker must make sure the judge remembers what has been said in your team. Okay? So we want to think about ways to win. You must sound like you've already won. You have to pretend as the third speaker that you've won the debate. Yeah. Speaker one, speaker two, amazing job. Speaker three, we've won. Okay. So you want to repeat your team's opinions. So you might want to repeat a point that the team has made. You can make a little note. Maybe I have said something that you liked in our speeches of our team. I can repeat that. Disagree with the other team. Yeah, make another rebuttal with your other team. And you can use things like ladies and gentlemen today or summariise the debate and explain why my team won. Okay? They don't know they've won, but you're gonna to talk as if you have one. First I'll read back the other team's arguments, then I'll reinforce my team's point and explain why they will stand at the end of the debate. So rebuttle tips, homework should be banned. Okay? Okay, go look at that topic. So the first affirmative speaker said, students will be stressed having too much homework. The second speaker talked about, students have less time to do exercise or other hobbies. So as a third negative speaker, so the final speaker in the negative team, how do you rebuttle these two points, George? How would you rebuttle these two? The question. So the affirmative team student said students will be stressed a second affirmative said students have less time to do exercise. As the third negative speaker, how would you rebuttle these two students? Amp. Like the first affirmative. A student said. Student will be stress, stress for having too much homework, but if you have homework, that means you can learn more. The second affirmative student stated. Students have less time to do exercise than other hobbies. I disagree because. 嗯。You can. You can. You can play outside in the morning and write. Your homework. At night so we could balance Yeah so we can balance our own work with play. Yeah. Well done, judge. He's a grerebuttal Sienna. Well done. The other thing we want to do has a third speakers, not only rebuttal, maybe what the first and second speaker said on the other team. We want to remember what your team's argument was. Do not copy what your teammates have argued word by word. Jwe're not copying the team's argument. B, what we can do is we can think about what other people have said. So remember, when you're the third speaker, you can't talk about any new arguments, but you can reinforce your team's case and remind the judges of what a great argument people have had. Okay? So things like maybe someone on your team said that homework helped us to learn new things and practice from the, and practice it from what we've learned in school independently. As a third speaker, you could tell us that point again. Okay? So the third speakers 's job is to tell us some of the really good points that people have made, okay? And that's a great way of winning. But George, don't repeat what they said. Don't copy it. Make a different way of presenting that Pont. Okay? So for example, George, if I had said in our debate about homework should be banned, and I'm the first I'm the second negative speaker, and George, what I have said in this debate is I think that homework should not be banned. As. As it is important. I think that Hoit should not be banned as it is important that students are able to practice what they have learned in school away from the parent. I also think that homework is a great way of students having fun with their learning as they can enjoy practicing subjects they like. So George, I've said this is the as the second negative speaker. As the first negative speaker, I might have said something like homework is is a way. For teachers to see if students are finding it difficult, it is also something short and easy to do, and we can balance fun and homework together. Epexcept judge, this is what we've been saying on this team. So as the third negative speaker, so the final person to speak, what points could you raise again to make sure the judge remembers what your team has been arguing? So what could you now say as the third negative speaker? Hi, John. Hello, we're just in a task and we're just doing about being a third speaker. And George has been given a little speech. Okay? This is the first negative speaker on his team speaking. This is the second negative speaker on his team speaking. And George is thinking about what could he say as the third speaker to remind the judge what his team has talked about? So what do you think we could say here, George? What do you think? Taking one couple of their points? And is it not repeating it word for word, but reminding the judges of some of these points? Homework is. Homework homework is a way that teacher teacher know if. Something is difficult to student. Excellent. A homework is a good way of. Having a fun learning time at getting out the pressure at school. Well done, George. This is perfect. Excellent. Well done, George. And know we've fully gone through that. You jumped in at a task at how are you, man? Christmas? Yes, I had Christmas. Oh, and what did you get for Christmas? I get some chocolate. Oh, have you eaten it all? No. Oh, that's good. That's good. And we're talking about the third speaker today. Okay, we are looking you've just joined us. We're looking at things like the third speaker is that final speaker in your group that needs to rebutthe other teams argument. Finally, anything that may not have been said already and it reinforces okay, so that's what George just did, listening to what your teammate said and then maybe picking a few bits from it and reminding the judges of the point reason because you are the last thing the judge is gonna to remember. A third speaker speaspeech is probably remembered more than the third speakers speech. Yeah but as I was saying to George here, and we don't want to copy what our teammates said. We want to make sure though that we are repeating the ideas. Yeah, so as George has just said, he didn't pick exactly what first and second speaker said, but he sort of just reiterated it. He repeated it for us. Okay. And that's that's the job of the third speaker. And this is what we're looking at is we want new examples, new rebuttal, new explanations. So technique one, help your teammates develop the case because you need to know your team's arguments in detail. We always need to understand what our team is arguing. Write a summary of both teams m's case in order to figure out how your argument is better. Take part in a brainstorm rebuttal in the preparation time with your teammates. Yeah so make sure you're getting your ideas out, make sure you know what your team are gonna to talk about because as the third speaker, you will probably not have a speech prepared. You will have nookay because you might have to change your speech as people are speaking. Okay? So as the third speaker, you don't prepare as much, but you have to be quick thinking. That can be hard. It can be very hard to be the third speaker. Yeah. They've all got their role though. They're all hard in their own way and they're all easy in their own way. And we're going to be thinking about practicing a little bit of the third speaker today in we should ban cars from city centers. Okay. So what's going to happen today if mimu joins us will change it slightly. But why we've got the two of you. What we're going to do is we're going to talk about this topic, okay? And then we're going to put you on two teams. I know the two of you, but what we're gonna to do is we're gonna to put, say, George on the affirmative and on their negative. And then what we'll do is George would become the first speaker of the affirmative team and would become the first speaker of the negative team. Then George will become the second speaker of the negative team and would become the second speaker of the affirmative team. And then you both get to be the third speakers today. So then annwould be the third speaker in the negative team, and George would be the third speaker in the affirmative team. Okay, so we'll do it nice and slowly. So it will make sense as we go along. Okay? But it gives you a chance to be first, second and third speaker today. All so it will will be getting ourselves prepared for our first speeches. Then you will rebuttle and then you will make a final address. If in our discussion, it is clear that you're clearly on two different sides anyway, then you can stay within your teams. All right. So we'll have some fun with it and see where we go. We're going to get confused, I feel, but we're going to try. And before though, George and Anne, before we look at we should bank our some city centres, I have some teachers here who have given us their opinion. So let's have a listen to what they think. We now live in a world where cars are everywhere, more people are driving than ever before, and the number of cars in our city roads is at an all time high. Many people believe bancars in cities may help combat the rising pollution levels and make cities less congested. However, many view cars as an essential mode of transport and think that current public transport may not be able to cope with so many people. We wanted to find out what people thought, so we asked teachers, should cars be banned in large cities? I do think it's a good idea because it will reduce pollution, but I think it's important that there is very effective public transport systems in place to make sure people can get around obthe cities, a hubour of activity and lots of business goes on. So I think it's really important people can get around easily as well. I do think it's a good idea because I found out in the holidays that a road de near my house is the most polluted street in London. And that's bad for my love. Yes, I just think it's impractical. I think pollution is a bad thing in the world, and it's getting worse and worse. And we are slowly losing our planet to pollution. However, we have too many cars on the street now, so it would be very difficult to get rid of all the cars, so maybe just get rid of them on the weekend. I don't think it's a good idea to bcars from large cities, because without my car, I'll be forced to use public transport, and I find it very unreliable and very crowded. I think it's a terrific idea. I would love to see cars band in large cities just because of the amount of pollution that they cause, the noise as well. I think it's a big issue. So Yeah, I would love to see it. And I think it's cuable definitely if we all work together. It's tricky in an ideal world, yes, but I can see how difficult that's going to be. And I would like to see not just pollution, but I also think we are a nation yet more and more unfit. So I would like to see people riding bikes, me, and just being more considerate. Yes, I do. Yes. Why? I think cars in cities create a lot of pollution. I also think that with the amount of people that are in the cities and the pedestrians, it also creates a bit of a hazard with them, with people wanting to cross the road and not necessarily looking where they're going. So I think it would be a good idea to get rid of cars and cities is a good idea. I think it could be a good idea because it might reduce pollution. And I think there's been a big problem in London at the moment where let's of people have a bad asthma in things because the air pollution has been so terrible. I've had a problem breathing. I can smell the pollution. I can smell the petrol in my very front room and then sat there. So Yeah, I think it could be a good idea. But there's other things you could do. You could come up with using more electric cars, maybe things that don't give up lots of poisonous fumes. That would be a good idea, I think. So not banning cars completely, but thinking of an alternative type of car, alternative fuels, that's what I'm for. I do. Oh, I think we should definitely ban cars. I think the amount of people that are using cars unnecessarily for short journeys, it just adds to the pollution. And it's really, really dangerous for all of our health. It's getting worse and worse and not better. The government has tried to do lots of different things to kind of try and reduce the traffic in London. And unfortunately, it hasn't really worked in the last five years. In the last ten years, we've had the congestion charge without all kinds of things, lots of different schemes. People have been trying to be encouraged to ride bikes to work, and it hasn't really worked. And I think that actually, at the end of the day, to get the pollution levels significantly down, you just need something quite drastic. And that's going to come from taking those vehicles off the road. Could to be a brilliant idea, because leourishment to Hatford is one of the most polluted roads in the whole of London. And all those fumes are interfering and polluting Young children's lparticularly this school. So I think itbe a great idea. Hey, so you've heard from the teachers and now I want to hear from you. So annn, what did you think about this? I think it is bad for the air because if you Ricars you, your car will have the pollution and it's it is bad for the people and for the air. Okay. So do you think banning it so remember when we're talking about banning stuff, that means taking everything away. Do you think banning it will solve this problem? I think so because it's the car who makes the pollution. And if no, if no, cars still won't have pollution anymore because there won't be as much pollution. Oh no, possibly we could eliminate pollution. Yes. Okay. What do you think, George? No, because. If you don't have cars, it's a big problem. You can go to. You can't go where you want to go. And if you want to go there, you can walk or ride a bike. And. It's maybe where you want to go is far away. Yeah and I think that's that's something to think about, isn't it? You're just taking cars away. Does it mean that we will have public transport to get there? But I think I think they're still both right. I think Ann is correct. Taking cars, banning cars could mean less pollution. Okay, let's think about a scenario then let's think about cars have been banned. How could people get around the cities? Instead, we can use gas, the bicycles and food. If it is near at our house, we can go by foot or bike. It is. If it's a little bit far, we can go by the bus. The bus is less pollution, so it's better. Hey, so we think there's buses we could take in the cities, so we could call it good transport links, okay? But my bus is delayed. It doesn't stop at my street, it doesn't go to my place of work, and I've got heavy boxes to get into work. So George, why perhaps banning cars? Why would that make my life a little bit more difficult in a city? But if you want to go to work and you're riding a bus to where you work and where it stops. Into a walk walk a little bit bit to to where you want to go. Hmm, so that could be a problem, couldn't it? Yeah, we're not we might have heavy bags, we might have lots of things to bring into work. We might have things we need to transport and unfortunately we're sort of stuck, aren't we? We we're not able to get to where we need to get to. Okay, brilliant. So we've got these two ideas there. But and with you annlike having less pollution, we could make public transport better. We could create lots of bikes to be able to to get from one place to the other. And let's think about the noise. Do you think it's important? And do you think banning cars would stop cities being noisy? Would it make it better for people living in the city? Yes, it will be a little, because the car, when you drive the car, it will make a lot of noise. So when you go on the road, the people who live near it will sometimes eat snug and they sleep. You drive a car, then they can't sleep. Yeah, so it's really noisy, isn't it? But George, do you think taking cars, is it only noisy in the city because of the cars? Or are there other things that make a city noisy? Somebody selling something when you're and when you're selling something, a lot of people put a. Microphone to say it's louder. Yeah there could be this idea that people are shouting, aren't they? That actually people are having a fun entertainment or they're trying to use a microphone or people are singing or the buses are gonna to still be noisy. Your trains are still gonna to be noisy. So if we take the cars away, will it improve it or is it gonna to be kind of the same? It's just we've no longer got cars. Yeah so let's think about going to school every single day. Yeah and do you think it's important that some people use a car to get to school? Or do you think it's okay that everybody goes by bus or by train? Yes, sir. I. Think if the school is away from your house, you have to need car or bus. But if it's very near, like my school, you can just walk there or ride a bike. Exand, do you think that people should go to more local schools? Do you think that would solve some of the problem as well? Do you think students, every school should be should be good, and kids should go to the school that's local to them? Do you think? Or do you think it's okay that they can find transport to other schools? I think. You can have some away school, but you can have a lot of then you have a lot of cars. Yes. So going so students going to a local school is perhaps better, isn't it? Okay. That's a really good point, isn't it? And George, do you think there's there's something else we could do to cars that could reduce the pollution to keep them on the road? Do you think we have to have petrol cars? Or could we think of a different option? Yeokay, what else could we use then? What other kind of cars can we have? What cars could we have in? Do they have to be like, so all we have now? No, it could be something else, an invention, George. I think. In the future, we could create. That. Use this air cleaner. To run it. Yes, well done. I love this. This is a great idea. Yeah, maybe I like Anne's ideas like use public transport, make good transport links. But also we could argue, maybe we could find another way to make the the car move, electric, air, water, maybe, and other things to think about today, a great heavy traffic is dangerous. Yeah, people can get hit by cars, especially children. Cars are noisy. Yeah, they have a big pollution and they make us lazy. We become relying on a car and become very lazy. However, not agreeing with it today, like George, you've got some great points. Other things, you can't get a whole community perhaps to stop cars. That's a big job. And people have long journeys to work or school. So banning cars can make it more difficult. There are better ways to perhaps protect the planet, possibly planting a tree or building a park. Okay, so lots of things to think about in today's speech. Okay, ani, think you've picked your teams really? I think it's I think it was really obvious really. I don't think there was any you don't have to fight over which team and you were definitely affirmative and George, you were definitely on the negative aspect of so you agree and you disagree. It's just brilliant. So we're gonna to keep it a bit more simple soon Anne and George you will now have some time to create your first speech. It will last for two minutes okay Oh got balloons going off guys so you're gonna have two minutes you to speak your first then you will become the second speaker. The second speaker will rebuttle what the other person said okay? So you will read so for example George you will rebuttle Annand annyou will be rebutling George okay and then you'll be the third speaker. So you get to practice being the third speaker where you can rebuttle and you can repeat the ideas of your team, although your team is you, but you can repeat the ideas of what you said earlier for the judge. Okay, but let's give you some time. I'm just going to only give you four minutes. We don't need too much time to get your first speaker speech ready. Everything else will depend on what the other person said, so you don't need time to prepare for that. Okay, so Anne, you're agreeing you've got all these beautiful ideas over here. George, you're disagreeing. All your stuff is there. Okay. Four minutes to prepare. Remember, we want things like good evening, ladies and gentlemen, Madam Chair and worthy opponent. Today I agree or disagree with the motion. Our team believes, firstly, secondly, in concollusion. So this is your first speaker, okay? Oklook ki, four minutes to prepare your first speech. Don't worry about preparing second speaker and third speaker. Okay? We're just going to go for those. Alright, right. Four minutes to repair that. First speech starts now. Anne is drinking for fuel and inspiration. George is getting all these ideas out of his head and utilize what you've written. If you need to make some notes for yourself, that's absolutely fine. You're welcome to do that. If you want na highlight something or you want na just sort of add something Yewe which ones are negative? Yeah. So negative is down here for George. All yours is here. I'll put a Green box around them. There we are, and this one's all lands. And I'll put them into a yellow box. Got mit and half. So you can utilize, you can write anything, make any notes. If you've got anyone in the room with you want to ask if they've got any thoughts, think about some of those teachers maybe what do some of those teachers say? Oh Yeah, that's a good plan on then you know what you're talking about. The first and second think if there's an example. Yeah going to get a chance today to not only make your first speaker speech, be going to get a chance to rebuttle as a second speaker and make a final conclusion as the third speaker. It's going to be mad. 30s. Yeah, that would be a good point, George. Give me right. Let's get started. Right? I'm coming down, guys. Here we go. All you have two minutes as your first speaker to make your first speech. Then you will rebuttle. So you can have to listen to each other, make some notes on what they're saying. If you get stuck, don't worry. Yeah, I will help you with maybe some questions you can think of. And then we will go into our third speaker. Each speaker will have two minutes for their first. The others, we will not be timing. Okay, welcome by debate. Today we have speaker Anne and the affirmative team and speaker George in the negative team. Today's motion, we should ban cars from city centres. Each speaker will have two minutes. Our first speaker is Anne, and your time starts now. Evening, ladies and gentlemen, work chairs and pentoday. Agree with the motion that we should ban the cars. Our team believes that banning cars can clear the air. Firstly, that if in the cars, if if you drive a car, the car has pollution, so the air won't be very good and it is bad for people. For example, if you go out and play that you smell a lot of pollution, it will not be good for you. It will not be good for your body. Secondly, you, if you don't have any cars, you can use bosses. If, if you, if the, if you want to go to a place that is, it isn't far from you, you can go by bus or I, you can go by bus, by bike and by foot. It is more good than driving a car. Thirdly, that when you drive a car, it made a lot noise. For example, if you, when it's nine and you ride a car on the road near people who live near and it's near, sometimes they can sleep. So in conclusion, I think that we should bthe cars. Thank you very much. A speaker and a wonderful address. Well then nicely structured negative speaker. George, your time starts now. Evening, ladies and gentlemen, I don't chair worthy opponent today. Today I. I disagree with some motion. We should bank cars from the city centers. Firstly, if you don't have cars, it can be a big problem. You can't go where you want to go, and if you want to go there, you need to walk or ride a bike. It's maybe that where you want to go is far away. Secondly, do do we have we don't we don't have to use petrol cars in the city. We could use cars that use air too, but to run it instead in the future. In conclusion, I think we should ban cars from the city centers because. If you want to go to work and you're riding a bus. To go to work. And when it stops into work where you want to go and if your bag is heavy, you'll take a long time getting there. Thank you very much, speaker George. A fantastic address as well. Well done, first speaker. Very nice. Okay. We are now heading into our second speaker. Our second speaker on the affirmative team is and. They've all got the same name. So now we're going to look at our second speaker. This is your chance to rebuttle your teammate. And you still have two minutes. You don't have to use the for two minutes. But any questions? If you are stuck, I will put some questions on the board for you to help. Okay, so second speaker, annn, your time to rebuttle starts now. Wait a minute, teacher, I'm in the discord team now. No, you're going to stay in the affirmative. And so you can stay on your viewpoint, so you can rebuttle George. So I'll put a question to help you start dso. I can help put a question up if you want for terristart. This was for you. Okay. So there's a question you could ask Georgia. Okay, so two minutes begins now. Thank you, speaker George Chen. I have some questions for you. Firstly, could people not plan their journey better and use buses? If the place you want to go is near near, you can use buses. And secondly, can some cars. They can they don't have a lot of pollution, so it can drive. And certainly sometime. Times you can ride bikes to the, to work. You can put your things on the bikes. They have, they have a thing to put your things. So in conclusion, I think that we should buy the cars. Speaker George second speaker George, your time to respond starts now. Evening to ladies and gentlemen. You don't need to do that now, George. You can take that waand just rebuttle and. So she asked you this question, George. And said that so she asked you this question, George, so you can now respond to Anne, and she asked you this question. See see. A bus is if you use a bus on the journey, you will get. There will be many people and you won't get a seat, but where where you want to go is far away, so you need a car of your own. Rebuttle George and said that when you drive, the car will make a lot of noise. But. Most of the noise is is people selling stuff and theyuse a microphone to say louder and we will. And most of the noise is the. People selling stuff. On the street. This is why I think that bending art is not a good idea, because. People can. We can create a car that uses don't they don't. If you want to, George, doing really well, run it. Well done. Speaker georand. Speaker, you've got the same name as your first speakers, okay. Now you have an opportunity to rebuttle a final time and make your final points. Remember, you can use what you've used in previous speeches to make sure that the judge remembers what your team believes. Okay, speaker, and just to refresh, George has said that noise comes from the street regardless of cars. Yes, George. We have some time to prepare so you won't need to for your third speaker. So this is we're doing this as if it's a debate, George. Yeah. So you have you have preparation time for speaker one. Speaker two will always rebuttle. So they just have to actively listen, which you've both done. Amazing. And the third speaker now will make a final rebuttle and they are just repeating the points of your team. Okay, so you just need to say exactly what you've said as speaker one and speaker two already. Yeah you're reminding the judge of what's been said. Yeah. So what's amazing is you're doing all three different roles today because you're only two people in the class. So it's quite difficult, but you're doing amazing because you've got to keep changing your mind and your and and the way that you have to do this. Yeah. Okay, so Anne, we've now on to speaker three. Speaker three on affirmative team is called again. So and just to remind you, George has said that banning cars won't stop the noise. Street noise is just as loud. Okay. And e, you have your third speaker time. Now make your final rebuttal and repeat some of your ideas for the judge. Okay, annn, your time starts now. George Chen said, the noise is the people who sell things, but near me, near my house, there isn't an meeting selling, but when the cars roll by, they can make a lot of noise. So I think that it isn't all selling things some, it's it's a lot of cars who make the sound. I said that firstly, than cars, pollution can make the air go very, as my team said. Cars can make cars make pollution, and pollution makes the air go bad. Secondly, that if it's near, we can go by bus, by on foot or by bike and thirthe. The car can make a lot of noise. It is not good for someone if the car is allowed. If the car makes a loud noise, someone, their ear won't get it. Good. So this is why I think that bancars is good. Yeah. But absolutely fantastic. Well, the first, second and third speaker, that was amazing. Okay, speaker George, we've got the third speaker of the negative team. They are also called speaker George. So they're the same name as they were for speaker 12. Okay, George, your final chance to impress the judges. Your time starts now. If you don't. Firstly, if you don't have cars, as my team has said, if you don't have cars, it can be a big problem where you, where you want to go. You need to walk or bike there, and it will maybe. It maybe is a far way to go. So. So we need a car. If you want to go to the. If you want to go to work. And where the bus stops, maybe it's far to where you work. So to walk there. We don't. We don't use we don't have to use pattrol cars in the future, and we could design. Clean a car that uses clean, clean air to run it. That is why I think for these reasons, we believe that. We should bank cars from the city centers. Well done, speaker George. High five a brilliant, excellent. Yeah work. Well done, George. It's okay if you didn't feel comfortable in all those roles. Yeah. We tend to pick the one we prefer, right? When we're our teams, we tend to choose to either be the first speaker, the second speaker or the third speaker because each one has a different way as you've just done. Each one has a different feeling. Yeah. You just did an amazing job with the first speaker. All your skills for first speaker, second speaker here, you rebutttled each other and then your third speaker. What we've learned today is making that conclusion and making those final points. Yeah, absolutely amazing. And they were both so incredible that today is 100% a draw because I think you both have a very good point to make. So well done both of you. Yeah. I've got a question to ask though, George, which is your favorite so far? Did you prefer first speaker, second speaker or third speaker? First Yeah and why do you prefer the first speaker? Hold on this. Because I think that. The first one, I speak the most fluently. And is it because you can prepare for that? Do you feel like having the chance to prepare for the speech feels nicer for you when you're doing your first speaker? Yeah, I prefer first speaker. I like writing my speeches out, right? Second and third speaker, you have to you have to think very quickly. Like you have to you have to be able to rebuttle and come up with a new point. It's hard it's hard being the second and third. So sometimes I like first speaker as well jojust my favrole and and after doing that, what's your favwhich world do you quite like? I like the third speaker because the the third speaker just need to build that that the negative teams add and they only need to say what that the first speaker said. So I think the third speaker is pretty good. Yeah, easy. Yeah. And you know what I think though, it's got different skills. Everyone's got different skills in it because there's also that feeling of like you've got to be listening as the third speaker. You've got to listen all the way through the debate. And that could be quite difficult. You can end up getting distracted or maybe you didn't listen to something. So a third speaker can be that can be its difficult part, but everybody has their favrole and I want to say there's nothing wrong in that. Okay, so it's okay if today you were like, Oh, I didn't like my second speaker, that's okay. That's not a role that you fully love. That's a role that you can develop and practice, but it's okay if you prefer a role. Yeah, I'm a George. I prefer fair speaker because I can have my speech. I feel so much better with my speech in my hand. But there are lots of people that love lots of different things. Yeah. So well done both of you for giving that a go. That was difficult. And well, Don George Waldon, and next we are looking at should every child have to join a sports team. Have a think. Thank you so much, George. Thank you so much. And see you next time. Bye bye. Bye bye.
