Hi, Alex. How are you? Are you good, Alex? Yes, yes. And what have you been up to today, Alex? Fine. Yeah for been to school. Like, did you go to school today? Yes, Yeah. What did you learn in school today? What's one thing you learn in school today? Happy new video. Would you say it again? Nothing new, I cannot say name, but did you have time to play today? Yes, Yeah. Well, how long is your like lunch break? Do you get an hour for lunch? Two hours? One hour, no, one hour and not two hours what you get? How long do you have lunch? 40 or 50 minutes I guess. Okay, it's quite short lunch actually never one, I don't know. Are you okay? Yes, Yeah. Did you go to school today? Yes, see, and what did you learn in school today? Yes, he can't. English. That's really cool. What was the best subject today? Maths. That's what I like to hear. Leit, well, today, Alex and lemit, we're thinking about the best job teachers. Okay, I'm going to be thinking about the best job of being a teacher. But lemon, can you remember? What is a debate? Hmm, what is a debate? You remember. What do teacher? Teacher is best job? Oh, well, the lemon, we're gonna do that in a minute. But first, first lemon, can you remember what is a debate? Can you remember what a debate is? What do we have to do in a debate? 嗯。是。What does one side have to do and the other side have to do? One person says what one person says. So we think, remember a debate, lemon, what does one person say to the debate, to the topic? One person says. No, no, well done. And one person says. Right? So one person Leman says yes in the debate and one person says no in the debate. Yeah. And Alex, how do we win a debate? How do we win a debate? Alex, it's just like you talk with the positive of pick and doing with the bait, I think. But I don't exactly know because no where told me that. Yes. Okay. Well, dynamics, exactly what it is, okay? When we win by giving the best reason why the best because okay, so one person or team is saying yes to the debate and one person team is saying to the ate, Yeah. Well, the and the one that wins is the best reason, best argument, best speech. Yeah. So that's our debating. All right? So we've got to think last week you did really well with no homework, wasn't it? Homework is a waste of time. So remember, we've got emotion, a topic, Yeah, a statement, something we either say yes to or no to agree or disagree. Okay, so we have to think about what is the debate? Yeah. So here we have today, teacher is the best job. So eleven, who have we got to think about in this debate? Lemon, who have we got to think about whose feelings we're yes, whose feelings do we have to think about? I think teacher is the best job. Well, okay, so lemon, whose feelings are we thinking about today? Who are we thinking about? We're thinking about the student or the teacher. Be thinking about the student or the teacher today? Oh no, we are thinking about who? Alex, are we thinking about a student or are we thinking about a teacher today? We are thinking about a teacher today. What I think today is being a teacher best job or is being a teacher or worst job well done. Yeah. Is teacher the best job? But I said this. Yeah. Okay. So we're thinking not about the students feelings, not how the students feel, but how the teacher feels. Okay? So that's what we want to think about. Yeah and we then want to think about best Yeah something that is the best. Okay? It means we love it. All right. Well done. We've got to think about both of these motions. So when we have a topic, always look who are we thinking about the teacher? What are we thinking about them? Their job? Yeah. Go think, is it a good job or a bad job? Yeah. So lemon, what is a teacher? What is a teacher? More teacher in the school. A teacher. Us, knowledge. Knowledge. Well done, Leman. Yes, they do. Excellent. Alex, what else is a teacher is going happen. What is a teacher to you? Teacher is in a school. Teacher, yes, a teacher is the one. A teachme teacher, it two things. Teacher teaches me, but teacher teaches me knowledge. Different teachers teach me different kind of knowledge. A science teacher, teachscience or math teacher teaches math well, dance, different subjects I have here, depending on what subyou get to teach. Well done, Alex. Okay, but what does the best mean? Alex, what do we mean by the best? The best meaning of the best, it's you like it to most and it's the best. But I don't quite know how to describe it. You like it's perfect. Exactly how you just described alexwhat's perfect. It's something you like the most. Yeah. It's above everything else. We've got tta. Think about that today. Is it the best job? Yeah. Or is it just a good job? Yeah. And so we've got to think about those reasons. Well done. Excellent, both of you. Some good answers. So here, okay, is a teacher and he says that it's hard work. Yeah, he's got no money. It's really bad pay. So he's not got much money. Kids are rude and nasty sometimes. Yeah and he can be very unhappy with all the work. Okay? So there can be too much work given to teachers. Okay, so we're going to have a little watch of this. It's got some pictures as well. So we're gonna to have a look the positives, the good things and the bad things about teaching. Here we go. Hello and welcome to teachings in education, the pros and cons of teaching. Now let's separate this whiteboard into two equal halves. On the left, we're going to place the positives of a teaching career. We'll place the negatives that come along with teaching. Now if you ask most teachers what they enjoy most, vacation time would likely be the correct answer. Many teachers take time during their summer vacation to travel the world, see wonderful places as a negative. Most people don't realize all the paperwork that comes with teaching. Creating hundreds of essays, tests and quizzes isn't fun at all. Then comes to lesson planning and data tracking. All I have to say is 3:00. Teachers get out of work at 3:00, which usually avoids traffic and gets teachers home in time to see their children. The teaching profession is not one where you're gonna to become rich. Everyone seems to know that teachers don't make much money. Nevertheless, many teachers are forced to work a second and third job just to pay the bills. Not having financial security is a tough way to live now. Although you won't get rich as a teacher, it is a very stable and secure job. Tenure is a special security afforded to teachers. Another negative of teaching is having to prepare students for standardized tests. Today, teachers are held responsible through standardized testing, which is a great deal of pressure. Teachers get to make use of their education. Many people go to college and don't do anything with their degree. They find different lines of work. Teachers, however, PaaS what they've learned on to others. Most jobs don't require you to bring your work home with you. Teachers will tell you that they are spending more and more time working at home. They are responding to emails, lesson planning, giving detenetc and so forth, forming relationships with your coworkers is what I enjoy most. So I'll give a quick shout out to Mansfield, Dr. Helon gves, trek sebula, everybody that I've met. And I'm sure as a teacher you'll make some great connections as well. One of the toughest situations is teaching emotionally and behavioral students. Some students can be really aggressive, hurtful and outright dangerous. Yes, they are only children and we care about them, but they can still create pain and misery to a teacher. The best reason for being a teacher is that you get to be a hero to some of your students. In this job, you can actually make a difference in the lives of your students, which is an amazing feeling. One of the bad things about being a teacher. Is that you are under a microscope and held to a higher standard. One of the more practical reasons to become a teacher is the benefits that come with the job. Teaching jobs come with medical and dental benefits. Teachers in public schools get a pension, and most private and charter schools offer great 400 1K plans. People outside of education don't really understand how difficult and abusive parents can actually be. Parents will bulthreaten lie and go after a teacher just to ensure their son or daughter gets the grades they desire. And an added bonus of working in education is that you get to relive your school experience as a teacher. You get to go on field trip, play fun games with students and even attend Christmas parties. And lastly, teachers can become career stuck. Once you get a job as a teacher, there's really no room for career advancement unless it is as a school administrator. And to get that position, you need a whole different degree, which can be expensive. So here's a question pose. Is it worth it to become a teacher? So lots of good things, lots of bad things as well. I'm going to grab this picture so we can use this to start our discussion today. So, lemon, what do you think is a good thing about being a teacher? What's good about being a teacher? In my opinion, I think the teacher is the best job, because one, first, the teacher can teach us knowledge, second, the teacher have a mischief. Mission. Mission. Mistaokay have a mission to help mistastate. Yes. Anything else? Lemon, start when the teacher teach us, they also can learn more. Yes. Well, that's so that's a really good one. Teachers, where the teachers teach us they can learn more 100%. That's an amazing part of my job. Yeah, that's an amazing part of my job. And Alex, what do Allemon hot leand? Alex, why do you think it could mean a good job? What's a good thing to be a teacher for? Such thing. I think being a teacher, J is a bad thing. But there are also benefits. What's benefit? We got a teacher. You get to v okay? You do things if do when you are at school. It's just like when the people you are teaching are going on a holiday, if that's a schools organization, when you can go to and being a teacher, you can also attend Christmas parties and pretty much more things. But I think being a teacher is a bad thing. Okay, right. We've come to our reasons of why it's about, okay, why do you think, Alex, it's a bad thing? Because first, you sometimes get bothered a lot. In my class, lots of people, when a teacher arrives, they just began to talk and talk and talk, and the teacher tries to stop him from talking. But we keep talking on. And when the teacher gives them the attention, and when we unhappy, and it's time we forget it and say it again and again and again. And also sometimes you feel disrespected because sometimes my dad is teaching me, sometimes I look away, relax my eyes, and my dad thinks, what? I'm disrespecting him. So I don't think being a teacher is a good thing. And also you don't get much money and you are being a teacher. You don't have, you must don't have other careers that you can take because being a teacher takes up a lot of time. Being a teacher takes up a lot time. Okay, brilliant. Alex, yes, this is some really good ideas. And Leo, why do you think maybe teachers can have a bad time teaching? What other reasons can teaching be a difficult job, a hard job? Why else do you think teaching can be a bad job sometimes? Yes, yes, why, why can it be? Yes. Course, teach students well. Ste, time student can be a lot of time. Excellent. Yes. Brilliant. And what might they have to bring home with them? Lemon, what do teachers perhaps have to bring home every night? The. Homework is. Very. No, a have a lot homework. Dthey have to mark, don't they? They give lots of homework to you. They have to market it all the time. Yeah, they work weekends. They work in the holidays. So not always great, is it? It's not always wonderful. And what do you think then, Alex, we could do to make the teaching job better? What things could we do to make teaching a better job? Wow, a teach making teaching a better job can have less homework, and also you can get into trouble ble rest. So teachers don't have to get angry anyway, don't need to give you more homework you need to do. And also you can eswhen you have your own homework, you can see if it's right or for yourself. And then my teachers will have an easier time to mark them to mark. Okay, not exactly. Be able to mark this so we have more time on my hands. Yes. Well, dad, this is a really great answer. I know this idea of students being nicer means they don't have get as angry if they didn't have as much marking to do theyhave more time and love that answer. Well done. Alex lemon, what do you think could make the teaching job better? What could we do for teachers to make it a better place to work? Could we perhaps give them more of Oh, hi, hi, hi, Hannah. Hey, Hannah, you okay? Hannah? Yeah welcome welcome though. We're just listening to lemon Hannah, and then I will come back to you. Okay, I promise. So lemon, what do you think we could do to make teaching a better job? We can. Take knowledge, okay? They can. Then more, what might they want to have more of, though don't get paid very well. They get poor paid. What could we give them more of to make the job better? Money Yeah, we can give them more money. Maybe that would be the out there. Welcome. Hi Hannah. How I thought you put you spled money wrong. I have spelled money wrong, Hannah. I have. I've been, I'm writing very quickly. Are you okay Hannah? Yeah, yes. What have you been doing today? I finished having my dinner. You had dinner? Oh, what did you have for dinner? Ruall, very nice. Mno, you're making me hungry. Hannah, you became well. Welcome. We've got Alex and lemon here. Okay, welcome, welcome, welcome. We're talking about is teachers the best job? Is teaching the best job. And what do you think, Hannah? Do you think teaching is the best job? Alex thinks no. Levin thinks yes, and sometimes yes and sometimes no. But actually, I think. No, okay. Why Anna, why do you think no, why do you agree with Alex? Because sometimes when you're being a teacher, you can you can be mad and that's and you so you cannot be good. So so first, teachers don't make a lot of money. Sometimes there's small job that can make more money, which is sometimes a good choice. It's a big thing, isn't it? But I mean, we get lots of blue like vacations. Lemon, so do you think being able to be on holiday is a good reason? I think that's good for teachers. Like, yes, yes. Take your head alarm. And they can travel, study and her money her money earn money on that holiday. Maybe that's a really good answer. Yes. Hannah, what are you going say? So actually, if you don't be in a teacher, you'll be in something not job, something job, some job. Then you can be on a shiand, be be a like people who who just work on a ship and help people like that. So then you can you can go to everywhere anyelse. And then you can travel, which would be quite cool when live, traveling wherever you need to go. Oh, that's a good answer. Had a very good obyeah. Some really good answers in today's lesthan, right? We were talking about this teacher. He says he's got too much work. It's hard work. People and students can be ruled. Okay? And this teacher is saying, no teacher wants to work at their school. Yeah. So we were talking about how we could make teaching more fun, okay? How we could get more teachers into the school, okay? Because it's a big problem. Yeah, teachers are leaving. Sadly, they're not staying in the school. They're leaving because they don't enjoy it, okay? So Alex, what other things could we do to make it better for teachers? We've talked about money. We've talked about students being nicer. What else can we do at homework? Homework, I'm marfor the teacher. Excellent. Yes. Very, very well, then that's a good one. What do you think, Hanna? What do you think we could do? We've got, like I say, more pay, less homeworks or less marking. We could give them nicer students. What else could we do? We could like just. Like give them good choices and give them good things, give them them good, like good, great students and less hope. More, more like more, the people who don't will be angry werenangry ten times a day, like somebody like this. I want to make them being less angry in a place where they could be less angry. I'm biview. I'll be nothe lemon. Can you think of one more way we could make teachjob better? Okay, give them more money, less of marketing. Yes. And sometimes, what else could we do to give teachers a better time? What else could we do? So you've got less marking, more pay, better choices, less angry. What else can we do for teachers to make it a better job? Should we give them less work? Should we give them less students? Should we give them free things? Let me less less meetings. That's a good one. Yeah. Less meetings would make them less angry. I think that's a great one. Love ver. Yes, Alex. If giving each teacher with students, so when they are students, a teacher would not need to mark many Marks exactly. If it students get annoying when we are less students to annoy the teacher, we would when we put one day less hard work, less reasons. We think that's a great good point. It a very good point. So teaching can be fun because hello, teaching can be fun. Why? Well, we can talk or we can learn with talk and learn with more more students, and we can learn many things about them. So we can and we can we can sing and dance and do fun things together to make this class. Yes, 100%. Yeah, they can be involved in it. Love this answer. Okay, lemon, why might teaching not be fun? Why would it not be fun? Young student is very rude. Brown students are very rude. And we can say unfriendly, aren't they? Yes. Lemon, that's a correct answer. Well, and Alex, can you say if you would be pretty or why you would not become a teacher? We're not sit teacher with honand. A second is because being a teacher means spending a lot of time in school. And sometimes you get annoyed because some students are very annoyed. Yes, some excellent. Yeah very, very well done, Alex. Perfect answer. And Hannah, what would you consider becoming a teacher? Actually I don't want to be a teacher. And why would you not want to be a teacher? Because first, there's this risk that we have annoying students, which makes us very, very angry. So so it's not a very good choice. And sometimes we have many, many homework. So there's more homework for the teachers who mark and sometimes we get so tired, so we don't want to do it. It's so Yeah too tired. Yeah I think there's lots of ways to be a teacher well, than Hannah, there's lots of ways to be a teacher. So think about that in your your debates today. Yeah not all teachers teach in schools. Yeah so it can make it a best job because you don't have to deal with paperwork, you don't have to listen to the head teacher. Okay. So think about different ways that you can teach. Yeah lots of empty tateachers. Maybe they've got the best job. Yeah or if you've got an online teacher, they've got the better job. Yeah. So you can also think about other teaching jobs, not just school once. These are some really good thoughts. Okay, so we're going to prepare Yeah, we're going to prepare your debate. What are you going to say today? Well, I'm going to put you into teams es in a second. Remember rules from last week. Remember, do not interrupt. We don't talk over each other, we listen. Okay, you might want to ask a question after your debate. I might want to ask you a question after your debate. Okay, write your ideas down. Yeah when you're reading, we want you to read from from a piece of paper because we don't want you to just think and remember it. We want you to be able to read it out. Yeah so I'm gonna to show I'm gonna to give you what you need for that. And also if you have your workbooks, your workbooks will do that. Lemon, I think you've already written yours. And then today I will be asking some questions. We've got hanjoining us, so we're gonna to split the teams where I've also been to debate today as well. Remember gang, none of this when we are debating if I cannot not see your face, it is not a good debate. So we can sort of sit or you can stand, okay, and make sure you deliver it nice and loudly to everybody. Yeah do do that lein. Don't hide under the day and you will have time to prepare now okay? If you've already prepared, that's okay, but I know Hannah and Alex might want to prepare okay, so I'm gonna to give you a few minutes to think about what you're gonna say. So reminder, we are saying in my opinion, I think teacher is the best job or I think teacher is the worst job or the not so great job. Firstly because. Secondly because and if you can think of a third one, that would be amazing. Thirdly, because in conclusion. I think teacher is the best job or in conclusion, I think teacher is the worst job. Okay, so let's bring it, Alex. I'm going to take it as youlike to say, teacher is the worst job. Yeah I'm gonna to put you on the negative side. So Alex is gonna fight on the negative team, the no team eleven. I'm taking it from what you've said you're gonna be talking about teacher is the best job. Not yet. Not yet. But well, you'll be on this team so well than lewhat. Would you like to debate on do you think teacher is the best job or with Alex, teacher is the worst job at least than four. Second, you can indeed. Maybe. Negative the negative team. So you're going to join Alex on the negative side, and I'm going to join Leard over here on the affirmative side. I got to say it's the best job. So everyone now will have time, including me, to yes, lemon. We're not ready to get lemon. We're not ready yet. We're not ready yet. Lemon we're not doing it yet. We're not doing it yet. Just wait. We're not doing it yet. Not doing it yet. I'm gonna give everyone time to prepare. Okay? So everyone can make their debates now. All right. Yeah, you might want na put anything getting struck in lemon. Is there anything else youlike to add in your debate? Yeah, so I'm gonna give you five minutes okay, five minutes to prepare your debate. Okay, so you can write it up. Yeah and then we're going to do it now where see if there's anything else you want to add. Lemon all right, see if there's anything you want to add. I will also leave this uplook so you guys can have a look at at anything abthat's on there. I'll put us all up here for now and then you guys can see the board. So maybe make some notes, maybe abany have what's an example you want to put in? Yeah, going to try and speak for a minute and a half today. We're building that speaking time. I will speak for one minute because I speak faster. I better get mine ready. Lein, Alex and Hannah, what am I gonna to say? I'm going to use the same structure, okay? So make sure you got your notes ready. Make any additionals add something. Do please feel free to ask your parents if they're in the background, they might have some good things to add to your debate. Maybe they've got some thoughts they want to add. And you can say in my opinion, firstly, my mum thinks it's a bad job. My mum thinks it's a good job because you can use an example and. 考ok ok ok。For three minutes, make sure you've got everything you want down. 你作业怎么说?Two minutes. Lemon will be going first today as the affirmative team, yes team, always go first, and lemon will be going first today. And one minute. When you finished, Anna, is that my paround? We've forgot question Buttle. You can rebuttle Hannah once everyone is spoken. Yeah, you absolutely can. You've got 10s. I'm going to start to bring everybody down. I'm going to leave that on the board to open. Needs it. Right, let's bring us all down ready for our debate. Remember, yes, team always goes first. No team always goes second. It will go lemon, Alex, me, Hannah. Okay. And then I will open it to rebuttals. Okay. So if anyone's got questions to anyone else, the absolutely okay, remember listening? Yeah, we're not talking over people. Okay? So we're going to be listening to everyone. You will have a minute and a half if you don't speak that long, it's okay. If you speak past it, I will stop you. Doesn't mean you did anything bad. Just the way debating is, we always only do it to time. I will have one minute. I talk faster. Okay, right. Lemon, are you ready? Lemon, your time starts now. I change my, in my opinion, I think teacher isn't the best job. Okay. Lemon, lemon, lemon, you're fighting on the yes team. So your debate is for yes, it is the best job. Yeah, you're on the affirmafifnot on the negative team. Do your best job. My opinion. So lemon, normally in debating we stay on our team. Once our team is picked, you stay on this team. We don't normally swap teams, okay? So we all once you have your team you must fight on your team. Yeah but it's okay if you've prepared a not we will do this for today. Okay? So do this for today something for later. Yeah so we always stay on our team. So it's me to go first guys I'm going first now. It's fine. I can debate twice. Don't worry. Okay, so here we go the today so the motion today is is teacher the best job? Well, in my opinion, I think teachers are the best job. Firstly, you are able to see students achievements because 99% of students want to learn and are amazing. Secondly, being a teacher can finish means I can finish 2:00p.m.or 3:00p.m.each day and can do other things with my time or activities with my kids. Thirdly, lots of holidays to relax because you can enjoy seeing lots of places traveling and it means you have six weeks off in the summer to do lots of things, rather than just one week off in the year. And we get every Christmas off as well. In conclusion, I think teaching is the best job. Okay, Leon, are you ready? Leon, you're gonna go first. Okay. Lemon, your time. Lemon starts. I want my opinion. I see teacher isn't the best shop. First, worth is very normal. Second, we can study knowledge. On the Internet three third. Very tired because student very noisy, unusually very poor. In conclusion, okay in conclusion, I my opinion ons though I think teacher isn't the best job. Excellent job. Beautiful. You want to go second? That's okay. Hannah, go second. Okay. Hannah, you can go second. Okay. Well done. Lemon, really nice points. I liked your one about the fact that they would be very diant. Yeah, that was a great. And lemon, you spoke for longer, which was amazing. Okay, Hannah, are you ready? Okay, the time starts now. In my opinion, I think teachers, the worst for leaders risk at being a teacher, have annoyed students to teach about second. Second, we might get tired of marking homework and be frustrated off this drop. And thirwe don't have much money being a teacher, which means there's much more job that we can have more money off. Okay, so Hannah, children, I think the job is the worst job ever. Well done, Hannah. Some very good points here. Yeah, this idea of no money, just make sure Hannah, you can go a little slower. Yeah really pull your points out. Yeah when you're speaking, but so then you don't feel like you're rushing it. Yeah because then you can we can hear every little word. Well done, Hannah. A fantastic debate. Okay, Alex, are you ready? I've got questions for all of you once Alex is finished. Okay, Alex, are you ready? Your time? Yes, starnow. I think being a teacher is the worst job because with reason, when you are being a teacher, you need to mark a lot of homework. And sometimes you might get tired of it. And secondly, where might be students that's annoying and always talking when you are in your class. And. You might get angry and it is very good for your body. And third, being a teacher takes up a lot of time and it takes a lot of energy too. But being a teacher, you don't get a lot of money and you use a lot of time, but you don't get many money. And when you being a teacher, you don't have time to do other jobs. So I don't think being a teacher is the best job. Well done, Alex. Very Alex. Those structures are coming in really nicely. That firstly, that secondly, that thirdly. Yeah, much more clarity in what you're saying. Well, are all of you absolutely fantastic? Okay, I want to rebuttle. So, lemon, you talk about teachers being tired, but don't teachers finish at 3:00 in the afternoon so they can go to sleep once they finish work, can't they? Lemon, why are they always so tired? Sometimes we will with with the but student is rude and noisy. They're read Yeah so they can't relax. They're too angry maybe. Okay, yes, I can see that point. And I mean Hannah also brought this point up about this idea of like I have a question. Oh, go on then Hannah, what question have you got for me? So I have something like first you said that being sometimes you said that, but being you can have many time to travel ble or do something, right? Yes, yes. So, so, but you can, you can be a teacher and you can have a job on a boat and you can also travel is not right? Okay, that is right, Hanna. Yes, I could go into a different job and travel with that job, but I have to work on that boat. To be able to travel with a boat, I'd have to work. Whereas as a teacher, I can have six weeks off where I can travel the world with no job, which has got to be better. But if you are on a boat, you can travel anylike you can always travel. But if you are a teacher, you can only travel when it's the it's the break time. Like, okay, Yeah. Hey, yes. I supposed to be seeing your point that that's a good point, Hannah, but I suppose it's the idea that actually you are able as a teacher to then visit places for longer times, whereas on a boat, we would only be there for maybe a day or two days. I may not see a lot of that place. Well done out there. I love that that rebuttal, Hannah. I've got rebuttal for you. You at all about k, but surely teachers don't always do it for good pay though, Hannah. Don't they do it for loving the job and loving the teachers rather than for money? Why is pay so important? But as I said, teachers can mark very much homework and be frustrated of this job. But so the payments, actually, as you said, sometimes it's not as important as healthy. If you're angry and frustrated, you can be angry and it's not good. Your health. Okay, well done. Have a nice rebutstle. Alex, do you have any questions? Okay, well, I've got a question for you, Alex. You said about the teachers have rude students, but aren't most students nice? Aren't most students a good thing for teachers when they see them achieve or get good grades? Are teachers away? Yes, I never heard. But in my class, students do exactly behavior. My science teacher just looks a video because, Mr, it's just let us look at a video. And sometimes we talk, sometimes our teachers get so annoyed that we stop doing class and just show us videos and go and go off. So I don't quite think so. I A good, you absolutely can hana x. What were you going to say, Hannah? Nothing, just okay, Hanna, if you've got something to add to it, you routeam, please do add lemon. Have you got anything else you would like to say as part of your team? Or any questions for me? That's okay. If you don't, that's absolutely fine. Got Hannah, have you got anything else you would like to say? Anyone got any more questions? Sometimes if you say a teacher can learn knowledge, but we're already grown up, so we already learned it, then, Oh, okay. But some students can teach me something new about their country, or could teach me something new about their way of life, or some people know more about technology, like Young people know much more about AI and technology than I do. So they sometimes can teach me, which can be a great part of the job. But sometimes you have annoying students, so so they like just just their opinion. Okay? So yes, I think as a teacher, what makes our job great is we can decide if we're listening or not listening to the student. Well done. Lemon, Hannah and Alex, well done. Okay, lemon, your confidence grew in that debate today. Okay. Writing it out for you is fantastic. Okay. So now, lemon, think about questions that you can ask the other team when they finish speaking. Yeah, that's your task for next week. Think of a question you could ask. Yeah. And Hannah, nice rebuttle. Yeah, you've got a skill in rebutttling. You showed how you listened to the debate of what I had said. And that's something we want in our teams to think about. What did they say and how can I question what they were saying? Alex, more detail in in your debate today. You had an opinion. You had your conclusion first, secondly and thirdly. And each one of them is fantastic and a good example. So everyone achieved more than they did last week was fantastic. Today's debate has been one by the negative team, of course. Of course, you guys have won the debate. You all came up with some absolutely fantastic reasons to make my job not the best. I still think teachers jobs are the best. And let's have a look at next week. Okay, next week's. Do you have to win? Be successful? Yeah. So this is our debate again. Think of both sides. You could be on any side of the team. So both sides of this debate, Yeah because you won't know which side you are on because we want to remember sometimes we debate on a side that we don't agree with because that's debating all. So look at both sides. Look at the yes and no. Think about both. Maybe prepare tools speecches for yourself. Yeah, well done, lemon. What a fantastic debate you did today. Confidence is building. Alex, amazing critical thinking. And Hannah, let's keep that rebutttling. Yeah, those questions, that listening skills ill is fantastic. And have a wonderful weekend. Yeah and have a wonderful week. And I'll see you soon. Well done. All very proud. Yes. Feel free to have a little scribble if you want to. Absolutely. You've done so well in today's class. I'm gonna put a big heart on the board. Oh, everybody. Oh, we're moving. I'm going to have to do. I did half a heart on every page. Ge, what's Alex doing to us? Amazing. Have a good weekend, guys. Find mums in the background. I'll see you soon. Bye.
