Hi hi Mason. You amazing. Hi, Chloe. Hello, right, Mason's, just why call a buffering up? There we go. Now we get emays. How are you today eating? I'll come back to rai'll. Come back you, Emma clamy, what have you been up to this week? We've done some English tests again, English test this week. Your Maston new last week now. Good. An English test. How did the English test go? Quite. Average. I feel like we're in there. Don't know. Make your mind up. It's average. I love that. Another test for you. Clloe, Oh, my goodness. Hi, Mason. How are you? I'm just eating some food. What food do you need to. What food do you have? Orange, not really. Not really orange. I forgot it's the name. Yeah, I just forgot. Oh, okay, that's okay. But a fruit like a fruit you eating. Yeah means worked all very nice. I mean it's lunchtime, so if you could send me some food. Mason and thatbe, lovely. It's literally lchtime right now in the uk, so could you send me some food for me? Jade. Hi jd. He's popped up. I was like, he he is Jaden. There is jade, not hijaden. Are you okay? Yes, Yeah. Have you had a good week? Yeah things I just look at, look about all the experts that go appear in this class. Oh, that's really cool. And you also didn't look like you're in you're in like a cafe in Paris or something today. You look like, and I don't know what's happened to our PowerPoint. It's not loaded. So let me just grab it again because it's not Yeah it's not loaded for some reason. I don't know why we're on five on the proposition case, aren't we? Yes, we education and that's what we're on today, aren't we? There we go. I don't know why it's done that well. Welcome, welcome, welcome all of you. I today I was counting my lessons till we got to debate again. So today we are going to be thinking first of all how to get from now to them. So in this lesson we'll be learning how to build an effective proposition. Case, take an affirmative case. All right. So debating is about changing the world. So we've got here actually it isn't the most of the time, unless it's a debate in parliament which results in law being passed. The biggest debates that happen in the world. However, however, policy motions, which are most commonly used motions are about changing the way things are, making a difference. Understanding this will help you if you are a proposition to build an effective piece. Okay, so governments should impose methods of population control. Okay, so je Dido, you think that this is something that we should do? Governments should impose methods of population control making sure we don't have too many people on the planet. Do you think we should do? Why do you not think we should do this things you can limit the numbers of people in our world. They could go on the populations of their own. You're are just a baby. The government will just torture you and kill you to control the limits of the population. And so they can't have control of our human society. They to control the Royes and our no games. We couldn't make us just die as a baby and I can't see what we can do in the near future, right? So you kind of feel like it could open the way to crime, to people being using it for the wrong reason. And and okay, I think that's a really good point actually. But chic, in some places, this might need to be an affirmative a, yes. Okay. If I had to put this forward, if I had to make an agree for this, why do you think a government might need to do this? What do we perhaps have to think about? Maybe like the country or the world would didn't have any place ys for them, and then it will be overcrowded. So now we've got to think, yes, we've got to think about everybody, haven't we? Okay, because jthis point is correct. But sometimes in government, we might have to do something that we don't like, but we have to because of because of overcrowding. Maybe, Mason, why else might we need to fight for this motion? Why else might there be a strong reason for why we need to do okay? Because if there are a lot of person like this, higher, higher, and like there are higher person like to have diseases and and viruses and germs, and like the people will get the disease and like go to the hospital, and the hospital will be crowded, and even the even the nurses and the doctors will get ther diseases. And other than the diseases, like you can even think at a shopping mall, like there are so many people, like it's crowded like one step, like there are 100 people like near you and you need to squeeze through the crowd like to see which market you want to go in. Yeah. So you know, sometimes we have to be debating for something because we have more information about something. Okay, government might be proposing something because they know resources, climate change, maybe hospitals, maybe overcrowding. But jade on, you're right. We do have to think about this is a big thing to debate. We do have to think about the negative side of it to be able to debate it effectively as well. Otherwise, this Oh, off if you go cloing. So the us should adopt stricter gun controls. Now, this one I feel might be a little easier to answer. What do you think here, Chloe? Do you think the us should adopt stricter gun controls? Yeah, because some places it might need some people in their country, otherwise their their country wouldn't be really great as venand. Then if people or if the us is not strict for gun controls, then everybody will want to have one and then play and hurt people. Yeah and I think that that is something, isn't it? How how do we make sure that people are safe? What do you think? Like the police couldn't control every the robber were the criminals from using the guns. Like some guy will just drive the motorcycle to let Avenue and other guys drive motorcycle to anything down to om and me on kids and people will die. All the business to collapse. And let's do put this under control. Yeah. And I think it's that, isn't it? It's about putting those policies and duand, you've gone really quiet again this week. Your levels of your volume had gone up, but your microphone seem quite quiet again. I don't know if there's any way putting the microphone nearer. Don't worry. If not, I can hear you. But I think whether Mason or cloak can can hear you as well, I don't know. So if you can get louder, that be amazing. If you can't, don't worry. Mason weigh in. Do you agree with these two? What what other argument is there for this this idea? I'm also a firm tithe us like gun controls because because on the street, like everybody has a gun and like another people like A I go to that country, they will be scared and like will maybe run away. Unlike this, I like this country. I like also like the people if like somebody shoot another person and like all the person can be shared and it would be dangerous because you have a gun in your hand and you can shoot whenever you want. So you say we will need striker like controls. Like you have some please like more places like and like more people to control these guns. Yeah, excellent. It really was. And all of you had some really different ideas in there, but a great way to put forward this affirmative idea. Okay. And our last one here. So Mason, plastic bags should be banged. Oh, yes, I agree with this because, you know, the plastic bags has the bags you can pollute. I like more specifically in scientific research, I guess that's it needs 500 to 1000 years, I, to totally dissolve. I like, it will dissolve into the dirt and the dirt that you, and the dirt that you grow cabbadges and cabbadges and the other wheand, the whethe cows will eat. And like all the things like the animals, the plants have plastic. And if you eat you eat the plastic again, like I like this will be like crazy. Yeah, it's all but an impact, hasn't it? You can see it all has an impact on each other. Yeah, well done, Mason jwhat, do you think in terms of the four here, plastic bags should be banound? I'm not mine now made. Up, we're back to mind. Not made up here. Why? Why? Dden? I partially agree with the pleathat should be went and partly thing that shouldn't be banned. Things the should be banned is just like what Mason said, it has all negative impact on the whole ecosystem. And also the plastic bag room be a huge effect on the marine light. According to biology, 1% couldn't remember ry the class that the are thought to be like jices by the turtles, and the turtles will either jfish like tangers, but this is not deliverse. Scientists have discovered their little a plathat in the dead turtle chathe Thomas. But I think that the plastic bag gs shouldn't be vent if used under the reesses. Seems like it. Don't toss it on a beach, or just check it in the recycling. You might not have a damaging impact, but you can enable you to Carry some heavy things there. Too much to Carry by hand. It's convenient in a way. Okay. Yeah. And I think there's definitely this, like I said this, what you're talking about there, the animals ending up with the plastic in their stomachs. I mean, that is a huge reason for maybe why. Yes, you could sort of say partially, but really sometimes jand, we have to think about that's a big impact. That's that's a really negative idea that it's killing wildlife and sometimes that's what's gonna na win the debate to the four team because it's a bigger argument than inconvenience, isn't it? Okay, really? Well, to Chloe, Oh, sorry, jade and Guam. I do say that apparently the degree is about 70% and 30% Yeah and and it's easiest in its way in that well done, jden. Chloe, why do you think maybe they should be banned? Because because even though plastic bags are convenient, but they can the world and then the world will kind of be more more polluted. And no one would like to live in a polluted world. And then there are really such as bainky for the environment. And then, but if you want to go shopping, how can you just take a bag from your home other than taking a plastic bag? Although I don't about Chloe, I have five, six bags for life, and I forget them every time I go to the supermarket. My fault. Yeah like lots of time my mom will put a bag like on the car or just just get it in your clothes like if you're going to shopping. Yeah Yeah. So this is the way for and Jaden has now morphed into Haman. Hat man has turned up here. Weldon careay Waldon Mason Waldon J. Weldon hman, he's got that. I've well done some really wonderful ideas. So when we need to be affirmative, we have to think about those kind of opinions, those negative feelings that mean we have to agree. So a helpful way to think of building a case. You need to think of it like this. Yeah, like a lawyer, like a judge, like a police officer. Yeah you're building a case like a detective, and then you are making sure that we have terms of now then an action. Yeah what's happened before? What is happening now? What is the action we need to do to solve it? The current situation where we want to get to Yeah so current situation, plastic bags killing wildlife, then I want to get rid of plastic bags to create a better life. And then we want this idea of action. Yeah. How does this happen? Make plastic bags expensive, ban them from shops, give everyone a bag for a life. Use cardboard boxes, give paper baacks. Yeah. So we want to always think about this. Never give a debate with no solution to it. We don't want you just to moan. We want you to give us a reason. What action are you asking of me as a debater? What do you want me to change? Yeah, so in order to make a case, you need to prove that now is not good. Examples, experts, scientists, public statistics, 72% of the ocean is filled with plastic. Let me say it again. 72% of the ocean is filled with plastic. This cannot keep going on. This cannot be our children's future. Okay? So that's how you can make that debate. Wouldn't it be better to be able to swim in the sea with no plastic bags or items that shouldn't be there? How nice it would be to see our wildlife flourish. How great it would be for our children to have clean seas in the future. That's what I want. But how do I get there? We need to ban plastic bags immediately. We need to ensure we have alternative ways of putting our shopping in to our car, reduce plastic in the supermarkets. So these are your now then and your actions. It's a great way of debating. You need to answer the following questions. What is the now? What is the situation? What do you want? What do you want to change? What's the action to do that? So governments should make it compulsory for all 18 year olds to do a year of community service. Okay. So Mason, what is the situation at the moment? Do you think. Old, 18 years old people need to do her community service. And like this is like changing, changing, like changing the world, because community service can help the world make better. For example, for example, some of the community service, like clithe, cleaning the weeds, that can help help the community make be beautiful. Or like you can also, like you can help like clean up the trash on the, on the. On the road and you can recycle them. So mesa from that to make it super streamlined. What we've just said is perfect, Masonia. But we want to think about the situation now. Now they're not doing it. So we can say something like, currently, 18 year old don't do any community service and are not contributing to the community. And there is so much that people can do to help the community, it helps them learn responsibility. Yeah so we're not contributing at the moment, but we want them to Yeah because as you rightfully said, we want to get rid of weeds. We want to get rid of rubbish. Yeah. Well, they're may. So 18 year olds can do what they want when they leave school, go to University, get further training, get a job or do anything all day. So let's think about what's wrong with now. So Young people think only of their own future without any sense of needs. Young people only learn a narrow set of skills. So by doing community service, maybe itbe better. Many Young people who do not have universities or jobs just sit its at home. Charities and voluntary organizations need staff. Okay. So Jaden, what is the then what do we, what would we like it to look like then? What what do we want from these 18 neds? To to do a year of the community service. Why? Things. Perhaps their own up and an to improve their social skills and build community by their friends going to community. Yeah and take responsibility. Help the local residents about their nature Yeah to help their local fall environment and perhaps a lot of wildlife in this place flourish a bit to help it flourish and be part of a solution. Okay, so we've got this idea, haven't we? This now currently 18 year olds don't do any community service and I'm not contributing to the community and there so much that people can do to help the community, it's helping them learn responsibility. So we want 18 year olds to do community service, to improve the community, to help improve their social skills and take responsibility, helping their local environment, to have it flourish, to be part of a solution Yeah so here we have society will be more open minded, society will be more United, society would perhaps be more compassionate Yeah that we have skills. How will the action get there then Chloe how are we going to get 18 year olds to do this? What do we need to do? Before there are 18, the school can tell them they can. It's their responsibility to do that and for the whole community and then they can, but some people actually can. Or want to go, but they don't know how to go to community service, but. But now if the the school tells them they can do the community service, then they might all go and try it. To make it fun, make it engaging, make it social. Yeah. Yes, Chloe, very, very well done. Okay, so this idea. Building up confidence a helpful way to break down, build up. So by making the year of community service universal, very few exceptions, this law would informed ensure all benefits listed above Yeah would ensure all Young people get the same opportunities as well. So we we have it now then and how we're going to get there. So everyone deserves the same education. So I want you to put this into practice today. We are doing a proposser. So essentially you are all on this side of convincing us the now, the then, and obviously your actions of how to get there. Yeah. And again, teacher is here, the chairman in the audience. Oh wow. This is going to be a bit different today, jden. But I'm going to explain all I promising. Don't worry, because this one is a bit more about those actions. You are going to still be on an affirmative and negative side, okay? So there's still going to be two sides to this debate. But the difference is, is you're calling people to action essentially, okay? You're asking people to change something. So what will happen is, is this will change slightly. So instead of us being negative and affirmative to this, they will both be affirmative, but they will change question. Everyone deserves the same. Education will be the first motion. Everyone doesn't deserve. The same education would be the other side of the argument. Okay. So before we go into to this, I want to hear what you think. So jden, I mean, we've got a little video that we'll have a look at in a moment. But jadden, do you agree with this motion, this first motion, mine's not made up, okay. Why is your mind not made up? I personally agree and partially agree. Okay? I think that the disagreeing is a little bit selfish, you know so I think. Let me think about it. Give us some reasons, though. Jade is okay. If some of them are selfish, we can chat about that. That's a good thing to bring to class. What's your thoughts so far? Give me the reasons why you think everyone does deserve the same education. The human potential collective process, H H fundamenhuman capability consive society and fully participating with society always qualify. Teachers sing the iris linistic and logical and spectacle knowledge antions. They have different priof knowledge, they're superficial and then unique, and some believe that it's their talent to study this kind of subject. Okay. So why do you think maybe everyone doesn't deserve the same education? Doesn't teacher? I just say that does, but what about doesn't different priority of knowledge, linguistic, logical, spectspecand, everyone, somebody believe that everyone is talented. So the education must train them in one way now the others with the not. Yes, I think there's is a really good point actually. This idea that education may not be for everyone, like actually there's maybe other talents that they have that they would be better suited at than education. Like interesting research, Jaden and Chloe and Mason. What do you think, Chloe? I think everyone deserve the same education, okay? Why do you believe that? Big eventually. And everyone in the world should be fairly like creand then now, but in the world there might be. But even though some people might might don't want to be educated, but after or in the future, they might need to use it. So everyone need have a future. So everyone should need it for their work. But how are they? But if they do nothing and sit in their home, they might. Also have a feature that when they are older, they need to use it to talk or to to just debate about something. And then they needed to like use it from their work, their family and even at sometimes from friends. So they needed the information to from the school and from the education they had before. So point, doesn't everybody need to use it even if it's in later life, isn't it? Even if perhaps you're not very good at education, you should perhaps to have the same education, right? Mason, what do you think? I also think everyone deserves same education because it will be impartial and also. Also like every, if everyone deserves same education, everyone has has enough knowledge and like, unlike ever unlike they and like, they can have a better life and get a better business. But like if you think like they are, it does not everyone does not deserve the same education. Like some of the poor, poor students, like not poor, poor child. I cannot like, have education or go to school. So he so day, so he wants to stay at home and have nothing to learn. So when he grows up like he can only like. He can only like to do, and he did do nothing, but people who deserves education can make a lot of business, like they can go to study a better better high school and know better high school and colleges. Yeah, it's a really good point, isn't it? It's giving everyone the, what we call guys equvery different. I think I've said this to you before, very different to equality. Equality is when everyone has the same. Okay? Now that's impossible in life in some ways in certain areas, not in every area, but in certain areas like education, because not everyone has the same skill. So you can't be equal. So for example, Mason, if you're a good drawer, I am not, we will never be equal. You will always be a better drawer than me because I can't draw. But if we have equity that means the same opportunity to learn, then that's what we're aiming for. Yeah to be able to have the same opportunity. I have the same opportunity to learn drawing as Mason does masons better than I am at it. That's okay. But I had the same opportunity to learn. Okay. So we want to think about that. Equality means that we're the same. Equity means we get the same chances. And you've got to think about that today. Yeah does everyone deserve the same chance? Does everyone deserve the same education? But do think about what we mean by same education. Some countries think drama, music, creative arts are important. Some think stem subjects, science, maths is more important. So you've got to think what does that same education look like and how do you make sure that can happen around the world? You've got to think about your now your then your action. Okay, so what is going to happen in we are going to watch a little bit of a video and what is going to happen is we're not like it. We're not really going to be on teams as it were. Hale will have three minutes to present her argument to us. We will be now the audience. You will get a choice Chloe. You will either debate everyone deserves the same education or you will debate everyone doesn't deserve the same education. You will have the choice. You will then give us what the situation is now. So we would use things like currently in the world people have. You're then going to give us what you want to happen in the future. I would like to see everyone have the same education. Then we want to have what you believe me, Jason and Mason should do as part of our action, where the government, where the world, we're going to pick countries. Okay? So then you can say, I call upon you to do these actions and you wanna give me some reasons and solutions to the problem. Jaden and Mason and myself can then ask you questions. Okay, maybe I agree with some stuff. Maybe I don't agree. Okay, then as our countries we will decide if we think we should do the actions or whether we think you haven't convinced us. I'm very sorry. Okay, so that's what's gonna to happen. Like I said, you can choose when you get to your debate which one you would like to do. So you've got a choice before. Yes, Coen. We can ask questions, really say that sent again. How would we like so if we agree, but but sometimes agree with that point, but sometimes they couldn't convince you. Oh, don't worry, clawhat. So the questions most likely will be for you to expand a point or expand an example. Yeah, it doesn't matter. Clearly, if you don't convince us, then you didn't get my vote and you have to go to a new country. But I'm sure you will convince us cling. You're very convincing, you're very persuasive. And so I think you will convince us cling. Okay, should we give it a well, let's have a look. We're not going to watch all of this, but let's just have a little bit of a look at this just to help you guys think of some ideas. Okay? Malcolm X once said that education is the passport to the future, but what if some passports are better than others, giving the holder access to better schools and teachers, and in turn, a more prosperous future? These inequalities have been around long before Covid -19, but the pandemic has both exacerbated them and made them more visible. While the standard of education varies greatly globally, education inequality happens at the local level in all countries. For example, only four out of every hundred children in Africa is expected to enter a graduate and postgraduate institution, compared to 14 out of 100 in south and West Asia and 36 out of 100 in Latin America. Even in developed countries, the quality of schooling can differ greatly, whether rich or poor. High national wealth, then, is no guarantee of high quality. The uk, Germany and the us are among the richest countries in the world, but all three ranked poorly on an educational inequality league table of 41 of the world's richest countries by the middle of secondary school. Educational inequalities are worse than in other countries with much smaller economies, such as Latvia, Spain, and Estonia. However, research has shown that child development is linked with income. Unsurprisingly, the us and the uk have some of the highest levels of income inequality among oecd countries. In the uk, there has been a significant lack of social mobility since 1945. As wealth inequality has remained high, there hasn't been much change in how well British children are doing at school. In a 2019 report by the Education Coalition fair Education Alliance, pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds in the uk lagged their peers by more than eight months in reading, writing and maths by age eleven. Children from persistently disadvantaged backgrounds are 22 months behind by the time they finish their school career. Small progress has been made in helping some children almost beat the odds and overcome the barriers that face them. But the systemic underlying factors of our education system still remain, which mean we're not ever reaching the most persistently disadvantaged. So what are the contributing factors of education inequality among children? According to unicef for child d's educational progress is linked to their family background. What kind of jobs the parents have or whether the child is a first generation immigrant can affect the likelihood of them continuing into higher education. Inequality between genders is also apparent from a Young age and tends to grow as children get older. Reading abilities among girls are generally better than boys by the age of nine, and in turn, that discrepancy is more likely to continue in education beyond secondary school. And finally, which school you go to can have a significant impact on your academic performance. In many countries, the debate on inequality in education is seen through the prism of private schools versus state schools. Okay? So private schools are seen as a better education. State schools are seen as kids that are struggling. Okay? And in the uk, I want to make that quite clear. Okay, that's in the uk. The rest kind of reiterates those points. Okay, you are now going to pick which one youwant to debate, and that's fine. Youdon't have to tell us yet which one your will know when you're about to debate. Okay? Think about the now, think about the situation. Think about what you want it to be like, action. How do you propose we get there? Okay. So you will all now have a few minutes. You're going to have, I think we can probably do. I reckon we can probably do about seven minutes, okay, of preparation. What we can also do is that anybody would like some help if you're like, I'm really not sure what I'm gonna be doing or what I'm gonna to say, or I just wanna check this with you. We can also set up a breakout room so I can take you into the breakout room and you can ask me without everybody hearing. Yeah. So if you need that during this, that is okay as well. All right. Okay, so everyone deserves the same education now then an action says a three part debate. Remember you'll also be asking some questions as well. Okay, right? Seven minutes begins now. Otherwise otherwise we won't have time. And like I say, if you want anything, you want to ask me a question, or you want me to show you any things, then just let me know, because I can put you into other rooms if needed. Right, I'm going to try this. Good luck me. Yes, I've managed to put. Everyone into their own group. Yeah, amazing. I've wanted to do all of you into your own classroom. Excellent. So I'm sure be hi Galloway, there we are. Put everyone into their own groups now managed to make it work. So click, what are you thinking? I'm thinking that everyone deserves the same education. Yeah. Okay. And what kind of things do you think you're going to talk about? Like first, now the world doesn't really had all the people with all the same and deserve, and all the people deserve the same education. Okay, amazing, right? Clearly ery, I believe it. I'll be back. I'll be back. I'm gonna go check on jating. He's coming in and out. I think he's a bit confused. I'll be back. Hi jden. I put one into the own rooms, Jaden, so everyone's in their own separate room now, so I can check in and you can have a chat for one day. You're on mute, Jaden. So, Juda, what are you going to be thinking about? Oh, you've gone. Yeah. What kind of thoughts have you got? You? It's any me that can go into the separate rooms. And then I could bring everyone back into the classroom. So I've made I've made everyone a breakout room and then I'm gonna to put everyone back into the classroom in a bit. So Jason, what kind of things are you gonna to be talking about here? So you gonna do everyone deserves the same education or everyone doesn't deserve the same education? Doesn't. Oh, okay. So what kind of things are you going to be talking about jden about? Look about the experts and what I just said about lingutic, logical and okay, amazing. So think about this action. How do you think people are going to get there? How are you going to get what you want? What do you asking from us today? Yeah. So think about that. What do you how do you propose we get there? Or how do you propose we ensure it stays the same? It's this I call upon you to do these actions. I support the notion of not having the same level of education and having primary schools instead. This is really good. So Yeah, you could talk about the awthat, you know? Yeah, you can talk about the private education thatbe. A good action to think about. Okay, jden, well done. I'm going to be black. Carry on working on it. And I will be back in a moment. But how do I let handle that? Okay, Mason, how are you doing? I'm finished. You're finished. You've got your ideas to talk me through. What you've got. Have you got your Naor, your situation? What kind of actions are you going to be asking for, Mason? Pardon, what kind of actions are you going to be asking for? So what kind of things do you want us to do to get to this idea of the same education? I think I think the government should give money for for no, the government should donate some schools to the poor countries like Africa and Africa and like some other parts, like and the country, and it will be a free school. Everyone then to pay money and can go into the school so everyone and like I like the government can get like some teachers, unlike, so everybody can go to the school and like they will have the same education. Oh Yeah, I love that okay, this is really good makes okay, but I'm just gonna go check on clome and then I'll bring us all back together. Hi cloloween. How you doing? Okay, great. Yes. Course you can, Chloe. Like. If like are we just going to say like the situation and what you want to be like and how do you propose we get there? Are we just saying those three points you are indeed deep? Lou, absolutely. That's exactly what you're doing. You're stating what the situation is, what it want, what you want it to be like and your actions. You're basically thinking about yourself as a parliament. You're like the Prime Minister and you're kind of asking other countries to help you. Yeah. So that's kind of what you're asking us to do. All right. Yeah, right. I'm gonna to bring everyone back together in a moment closo. Let me just go check all the boys and then I will bring everyone back into the classroom. Okay? Gonna to bring Chloe's back in his own. Hello, look at that. I didn't know I could do three breakout rooms. I've learned something today, but to be able to hear and see everyone's breakout room is it's it's it's quite crazy. Okay, any volunteers to go first? Anyone that's really keen to go first today? Mason, I love a volunteer. Okay, Mason, welcome. Welcome. Welcome. So we are going to be the panel of countries. I am United Kingdom. Jadon, what country are you from please? Ireland. Ireland. Sir Jaddan's representing iland. Chloe, who are you representing today? Ireland. Island land. Yeah island Ireland. Like iland. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah. Okay. And I'm going to be uk and sorry, clever. You're going to be and all sweet. So lunch. She's going Switzerland today. It's very exciting. Mason is our representative today here in the world debate. He has come here today to ask for our help in a situation. Mason, everyone deserves the same education. Please put your case forward. So you can start your debate, Mason. Okay, hello, my name is and I and I am going to show that everyone deserves the same education. Like if you think of that, if people deserve the same education, poor people can even get a greater business and like they can all learn the same knowledge, like and they can all go to better high school, better colleges, or like better business if they work hard. Also like to get to to get to the school, you can, the government should should and can donate schools like to poor countries, for example, Africa and Africa. If Africa do not have education and the government donate one school, no, a lot of school. And like they can, the people can go, the children can go to the schools and they have knowledge similar, they can learn, learn knowledge similar to the people in virtual countries like uk and Spain. And also you can see that like currently in the world, like people now actually do not have didn't like donschools or like even like they didn't obey, like everyone deserve the same education. And also in the future, I would like to see that the world is equal and impartial, and everybody deserves the same education, and everybody can learn the same knowledge. Are I call upon you to this action, which I mentioned before, is that like people, like the other governments can donate schools to the poor countries and they could and they could all get the same knowledge and all get better businesses and go to better college. So also in some, I think everyone deserves the same education. Thank you very much. Mason. Lisa here from the United Kingdom, you talk about giving to these poschools, but shouldn't we be giving our money to the schools in our countries rather than countries abroad? I know, I know, I know, you know you know that we talk about there is another debate like like rich countries, four countries, many, unlike the rich countries, could get poor countries momlike in this action. And like for example, China could no America could land Africa, so many ia and Africa can donate a whole school. And by landing this, like the United States, I can like make everybody like donate 200 money and like or so and like they can donate. And also this can help build a relationship between these two countries and the world. I will be better. Thank you very much. Mason. A very nice answer. Ireland at Switzerland. Either of you have a question for our speaker? Well, I'm taking from the island. Do I have a question? Could you just do a bit further, talk a bit further and more into the how could the word equal. Wait, I cannot own. Okay, okay, can you talk further how the world can be equal? Okay, okay. Like the world can be equal because because like all the people can deserve the same knowledge and you know all the people like can learn the knowledge by by going to school. I'm going to school means you have education and the same education. It can be hard. But like if you really want to, do you put some more professional teachers and like these poor schools and like they can learn like more education. Switzerland do you have anything information? Mason? Look, that's okay. Let's vote. Do we want to give Mason our action countries? Are we willing to donate money for his cause? Okay. Hands up if we will. The United Kingdom pledged their money. Switzerland presis so many clean sweet mall three countries in world. What done this fun babwell done. Nice explanations. They were some hard questions that came your way. Well done. I that was brilliant that was a that was your best debate yes Mason okay Jaden you are doing everyone doesn't deserve the same education okay this could be an interesting debate okay speaker Jaden Oh sorry Mason what country you gonna to be I'm going to be Norway Norway we've got to Norway now as well. Okay wonderful right your speech begins now. So hi my saving I'm supporting the nting Oh everyone shouldn't deserve the say education. Firstly I will give an example according to the expert Howard grur the student each student has each linguistic logical aspect to show talent and they could somehow build a United community. The new students linup in one like private schools. Secondly, according to the research by as sure different students have different variety of knowledge and that's a superficial for each student have each other have each challenge and the level there are multiple level students the good students and bad students and it's usually have extremely different certainly by the another sample of the 13Robinson, the private schools is the unique and currently lots of schools have supported this idea. Each student have unique talents. They shouldn't be lined up with bad children. They must by treated by good teachers qualiteachers which have to me academic background and like in the United States, here loads of schools, just about 70% of the schools I have read have private school. The parents will support that. So in the future I would like to see you and everyone doesn't deserve the same education. So I call upon you to do these actions that everyone doesn't deserve the same education if you interpret okay, amazing to make more access for private education. Okay, jd, I'm just putting some of those facts on. I think I think Mason probably might find it difficult to hear everything that you're saying. So I've just put the bullet points over here if anyone's wondering what that is, is just so that everyone can see what jj was talking about. Jaden, uk, here you talked about private schools and they can create an inequality. So why do you think this is okay? Pardon the question. Of course I can. So Yeah, that's why private schools can create inequality. Why do you think it's okay to have private schools? Wow, that's a great question. I'll it's okay to just make various schools things. Each person deserves her where he is on education. The teachers can treat the students by individuals one, two, one and this will can the teacher, the qualified teachers could put all their hardships and partnerships into the student, and the student will be extremely, extremely good academic performance. That's okay. And build those intelligent students. Okay. Thank you very much. Jnorway, Switzerland, do you have any questions? No questions. Okay. Anyone want to do with Jaddan's actions? Did he convince anybody? And masonsaying, yes. And nor we've got Norway support. I'm going to go with it. Jden, you did convince me, although I did sort of stay on masons, but United Switzerland was a no well than Jaden. A nice spin on that. Jden, to think about the other side of it, it's quite tly quite difficult and wasn't okay. Our last one today, kloe, welcome, speaker. Chloe island, uk and Norway are here to listen to your call to action, for everyone deserves the same education. Chloe, your time starts now. Then my point is that everyone deserves the same education first. The world now doesn't really have everyone on the same point of education, or the very good point that they learn everything the same, and they have. The same knowledge for their future. Everyone is not being treated fairly and treated in the same way. People are some people or some children cannot be treated fairly from their education because some they cannot learn everything that the richer countries can. So like some languages that richer countries can learn, but some countries cannot, but everybody will needed the same knowledge for their future. In the future, I would like to see that everyone to have the same education, and everyone has very great knowledge for their own future, then they can help the world to be better. I think that people needed to do these actions first. Your country can use money for your schools first. If some schools really needed money, then you can donate money to others. And then if they needed teachers to to like help the country to have more successful education and knowledge, then you can help them and be a teacher and Tathem that you have learned for the person that are smaller. Thank you. Thank you very much. Speaker Chloe, as Norway island, do you have any questions? Okay island, there are three. First, why? Why? And sometimes you say that the richer countries can learn about the languages the poor countries can learn. There are both people in the same society. And how can you explain the reasons why at the same human level you can't learn languages? It could also speak English. Okay, let me answer this question. Like people would need the languages, but I say that I said that now people sometimes cannot learn that, or they don't know how to learn, or they can't go to really good schools to learn those languages. And then in the future, actually, I wanted everybody to to learn very good knowledge and then learn all the languages that they could. So I think children can be focused on on the language, but wait. It's okay. You fancy it gory. We've done a really good job. I said we we are covered to an end. You might have done so much. I can't quite believe how much we've done today to be honest. So let's make our vote. Who would like to give Chloe our pledge for the action? I'm going to give you my pledge. Chloe jade does not convince. So can there have more questions for you? Oh, we're Chloe, you've got uk support and well, the chloy Mason Jaden, wow. I mean, I'm so sorry we've gone over is just you were doing so, so well and just the amount of questions and the way you do these tasks and what you put into this is incredible. Next week, kids should be punished for bad grades. Yes, Mason. I said kids s should not be punished. It's good to I'm kind of with you. So have a little think about this next week. Well, we've got a little I've got you are going to work as a team next week. So I'll talk more about that in next weeksession and fact we're sorry we've gone way over and but you've done amazing. I'm gonna to send you just little bits of feedback on the chapter so you can see it. And all of you are improving. All of you have made me extremely proud in this lesson. So many good debates, Jaden. Those expert opinions are fantastic. Colloe, those now debates, those ideas, those examples, the way you're structuring your debate, Mason, your preparation, your delivery, your quick thinking, it there's lots of skills here. Very proud. Okay, we gotta go. Bye dinner. Bye. So bye gory. Have a wonderful rest of your day. Bye bye. Blah H.
